Shanghai CIIC Hengkang Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. (henceforth referred to as "CIIC Hengkang"), founded in 2002 and headquartered in Shanghai, is a third-level wholly-owned subsidiary with medical device trade as its main business of China International Intellectech Group Co., Ltd. ("CIIC Croup"), which is a Chinese central State-owned enterprise.

CIIC Hengkang mainly carries out trade of medical equipments, consumables, supply chain services, extended technical services, R&D and production for medical service institutions, which has formed innovative products such as "Shoushutai" and “ Medical Device Intelligent Cabinet”.

CIIC Hengkang aims to provide customers with high-value, low-cost medical technology services and improve the technical service capabilities of hospitals.

CIIC Hengkang is one of the first batch of enterprises in China that have obtained the third-part logistics storage and transportation qualification of medical devices. It is also the first in-hospital logistics platform in China to settle in well-known grade A tertiary hospital. Its scale and efficiency are in the leading status in the medical device trade industry of Chinese central State-owned enterprises.

After several years of hard work, the Orthofix orthopedic external fixation, which self-operated by CIIC Hengkang, has become one of the leading products in the field of medical consumables segmentation. It has built a perfect marketing channel in the country, and has continuously promoted the academic promotion, education, training, and distribution channel construction of trauma orthopedics.

2015

CIIC Hengkang built the CIIC-Orthofix training platform.

2019

CIIC Orthofix Trauma and Limb Reconstruction Lecturer Group was established to comprehensively carry out academic education and training of trauma and limb reconstruction in China.

2020

CIIC Hengkang established the WeChat Official Accounts of "Zhigulunjian", invited well-known experts in the field of limb reconstruction from domestic and international locations to carry out online education on limb reconstruction surgery.

CIIC Hengkang independently developed the "Shoushutai" technical service platform, aims to provide professional, timely, safe and effective technical follow-up, personnel management, continuing education services, and build a resource sharing bridge among manufacturers, distribution enterprises and technical service personnel.

2023

Orthofix Surgeon Association for Pediatric Orthopedics (China) (SAPO) was established to build an academic communication platform for pediatric orthopedic surgeons across the country with thematic education, experience sharing, and technical practice, so as to make contributions to the development of pediatric orthopedics in China.

Medical Device Logistics Platform Business

CIIC Hengkang gathered many well-known medical device manufacturers from both domestic and international markets, such as Medtronic, MicroPort, Jiangsu Eton, Run-long, etc. It is widely praised for its professional quality system, logistics, warehousing and information system services. At present, CIIC Hengkang's logistics platform business has spread all over the country except Tibet, Qinghai, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
